Landscape Certification

Florida Yards & Neighborhoods can help you achieve a Certified Florida-Friendly Landscape in your new landscape. To qualify, the landscape must be for a newly constructed landscape and must meet minimum criteria on the Certification Checklist.

Florida-Friendly Community Awards

Communities that have Florida Friendly Landscapes throughout both the home sites and the common areas are eligible to apply for a Florida Friendly Community Award. Applicants must complete an application to be considered for the annual award.

2006 Award Winning Communities:

  • River Forest, King Ranch Manatee - Manatee County
  • Vista Cove Condominiums, Drunna Properties - St. John's County
